Yes, all staff are fully trained, and most have worked within the I.T. industry previously as service engineers, tech supports and installers.
- Why should we use you when we have our own I.T. staff?

Although staff may want the overtime, productivity has been shown to drop as a result. It may be more cost effective to use an outsourced professional company
- Do you work outside normal working hours?

Yes, most projects demand it; in fact our normal hours are 7am to 11.30pm throughout the week and on weekends. If the customer requires us to come in outside hours we can.
- How can we ensure our equipment is handled correctly?

Technimove only deal in server relocation, we are not an off-shoot of a removal company or IT support company, we carry out server moves day in, day out. With our fully trained staff, custom built flight cases and modern fleet of vehicles you will not find a more secure service.
- Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. Our policies cover us from the moment we step on to your premises until we leave. We are also insured to cover the goods throughout the duration of the journey. Policies available on request.
- How can you ensure our important information doesn't fall into the wrong hands?

All Technimove staff are CRB checked, along with this every vehicle in our fleet is fitted with a GPS tracking device which means you can follow your equipment every step of the way during its transit.
- Do you only relocate within the UK?

No, we cover the whole of the UK and Western Europe. We can professionally pack and ship equipment to any destination in the world
- At what point do we hand over?

This depends on the customer. Normally we reconnect and power-up, then enter login names and test connectivity to the network. However, some of our contracts require just reconnect and power-up.
