Is it expensive?

No, our rates for relocating IT equipment are very competitive, less than what you might think.

Are the staff trained?

Yes, all staff are trained, and most have worked within the I.T. industry previously as service engineers, tech supports and installers. They have vast experience of moving offices and relocating computer systems and Servers. They are expert at planning and have lots of checklists, tips etc to ensure you get the most expert and professional service.

How long will the move take?

This depends on the particular office and the number of computers, but we complete moves of 500 PC's in the same night. Anything in excess of this is done over two days.

Why should we use a specialist relocation firm to manage the move when we have our own I.T. staff?

Although staff may want the overtime, productivity has been shown to drop as a result.

Do you work outside normal working hours?

Yes, most company office & business move projects demand it; in fact our normal hours are 7am to 11.30pm throughout the week. If the customer requires us to come in outside hours we can.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. Our policies cover us from the moment we step on to your premises until we leave. We are also insured to cover the goods throughout the duration of the journey. Policies available on request.

At what point do we hand over?

This depends on the customer. Normally we reconnect and power-up, then enter login names and test connectivity to the network. However, some of our contracts require just reconnect and power-up.
